Kundalini yoga is a little different from flow yoga, with more emphasis on meditation alongside plenty of movement. It can be a good workout, and you always work at your own pace. I also weave in yin stretching and vinyasa for flowing movement, offering alternatives throughout.
Regular group classes are currently paused. Private sessions can be arranged in my peaceful home space in Heacham.
