Yoga · Sound · Hormone yoga · One-to-one support
Through Relax & Release Yoga & Sound, I offer welcoming, adaptable yoga, sound baths, hormone yoga and personal one-to-one sessions. These are tools that can support relaxation and help the nervous system settle. My work is open to everyone, with a particular passion for supporting people living with chronic pain or persistent symptoms.
01 — About my work
You may come to me because you want to move your body, feel stronger, slow down, experience the deep rest of sound, explore hormone yoga or simply create more space for yourself.
My kundalini yoga, sound baths, menopause support and private sessions are friendly, adaptable and open to people from all walks of life. There is no need to be flexible, experienced or already feeling your best.
Alongside this broader work, my particular speciality is TMS, neuroplastic symptoms and nervous-system sensitisation. I came to it through my own recovery from years of chronic pain and persistent symptoms, so I understand both how debilitating they can be and how powerful it feels to begin living fully again.
My nervous-system work is based on lived experience and education, and does not replace medical assessment or treatment.

I’m a yoga teacher specialising in kundalini yoga, with elements of yin for deep release and vinyasa for flowing movement. I’m also a breath coach, sound practitioner and trained Hormone Yoga teacher in the Dinah Rodrigues method.
For six years I lived with a long and changing list of symptoms.
Learning about TMS, neuroplastic symptoms and nervous-system sensitisation changed the direction of my recovery. Responding differently, returning to life and giving my brain evidence of safety helped me heal around 95% — and I am still moving towards 100%.
My recovery has shaped my approach to teaching. I offer kundalini yoga, sound and breathwork as tools for relaxation and wellbeing.
You might come to me for yoga, sound, or support in finding practices that help you feel more at ease. Whatever brings you here, my style is warm, practical and never about forcing positivity.
