Retreats & workshops

I collaborate with friends and fellow practitioners to create warm, down-to-earth retreats and workshops. Each brings their own experience and gifts, with time to move, rest, learn, connect and return to yourself.

Upcoming workshop

Gail & Em in Heacham

Saturday 30 January 2027 · Heacham

Join Em Barber and me for a workshop combining Kundalini yoga and TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises). We will explore TMS (Tension Myositis Syndrome), a mind-body approach to understanding persistent symptoms, and how stress can affect the body. We will finish with a relaxing sound bath, giving you time to rest and integrate the experience.

Space without pressure

Varied practices

Depending on the gathering, we may bring together yoga, sound, reflection, nature and complementary practices such as TRE.

Room to breathe

There is time for rest, conversation, nourishing food and nature.

Accessible and welcoming

Friendly experiences for real people.

Collaborating with friends

I enjoy bringing people together through shared experiences, working with different friends and practitioners depending on the retreat or workshop. Em Barber is one of the friends I collaborate with, bringing her experience in TRE to our joint events.
